Sometimes the run-menu in Notepad++ is empty. You can simply fix it by opening the notepad++ program folder:
%APPDATA%\Notepad++\
From here you edit the shortcuts.xml file. The elements within <UserDefinedCommands> are commented out. Switch the comment to real code by removing <!– –>.
Restart Notepad++
